Over 15000 products to be on display at 12th Mach Auto Expo
Over 650 companies from 12 countries participating in the four-day exhibition
Ludhiana, February 17:
With over 15000 products and above 1500 machinery on live display, the 12th edition of MACH AUTO Expo 2023 is to be kicked off at Ludhiana Exhibition Centre, located at GT Road in Sahnewal, Ludhiana on February 24.
The theme of the four day exhibition is ‘Smart Automation’ for smart manufacturing.
Addressing the media during the pre-launch press conference, GS Dhillon, Managing Director of Udan Media and Communications Pvt Ltd. said that big international companies from 12 countries will be exhibiting their products at the same platform.
He said that there are over 650 companies of which over 300 are from Punjab while the remaining are from Pan India and from other countries as well.
He said, "It is expected the exhibition will witness over 50000 visitors from across India and the exhibitors will generate record business queries this year."
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) said that at present the industry needs to come up with quality products and that too by reducing the manufacturing cost. For this, the industry needs to upgrade manufacturing and that is possible by getting the latest technologies. This Mach Auto exhibition will fulfill the requirements of the industry.
He added that to promote exports, six embassies including — embassy of Zimbabwe, embassy of Congo, embassy of Nigeria, embassy of Lesotho, embassy of Chad and embassy of Djibouti are participating in the exhibition.
Gurpargat Singh Kahlon, President, APMA said that this Mach Auto expo will be beneficial for the industries whether it is a micro or small scale enterprise or it is a large scale industry.
Tarlochan Singh, President of ALMTI, said that this Expo is a boost for the Indian Industry and it will be a launch pad for new ideas. He added that the motive of the expo is to provide the perfect platform to the industries to showcase latest technologies and innovations under one roof.
Surajit Bhattacharjee, Assistant Vice-President, Udan, shared that the latest machines including CNC machines, Laser cutting machines, Quality control accessories, Robotic Technology, Engineering tools, Machine Tools, Welding machines and much more will be on display at the exhibition. He quoted that the 12th Mach Auto Expo will be ‘Machino ka Mahakumb’.
Kapil Manoj, Vice President, Udan Media hosted the event and delivered the vote of thanks.
The exhibition is organised by Udan Media and Communications Pvt Ltd. and is supported by Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU), MSME, NSIC, Association of Ludhiana Machine Tool Industry and Auto Parts Manufacturers Association (India).
